A bank processed thousands of account-opening forms each week. KTP and NPWP data was re-keyed by hand, slowing onboarding and causing NIK entry errors.
Approach
Verity integrated identity OCR into their digital onboarding flow via API: KTP and NPWP were extracted automatically, validated against NIK structure, then fed straight into the core system.
